Onc you've submitted a request to rent gear and the item(s) you requested are available to rent for the duration you selected we will inform you via email letting you know that we've reserved those items for you and will provide you with a time to stop by our office to pickup.

Yes, just let us know 24 hours or more prior to your pickup date to not be charged.  We are professional DJ's who are out on jobs too, so we know how things can go with clients and rescheduling. 

Although we check our equipment to make sure everything is working as it should, it’s technology and we can’t guarantee tech will always work without failure.  We will inspect and clean the equipment upon return and before going out on a rental. As working Dj's ourselves we highly recommend having backup gear as part of your normal routine. 

If an item you rented from TSV is stollen or you happen to loose an item, we urge you to call or email us as soon as you find out. If stolen you’ll need to provide us with a police report and pay 100% of the replacement value of the equipment.

Scratches, and scuff marks, on any of our equipment, speakers, lights and other studio equipment are considered normal use, not damaged.  An item is considered damaged when a speaker, a light or other rented item(s) no longer works as it should or if obvious dents or dings have occurred in our equipment. In these instances you will be charged for any replacements or costs associated with a repair including shipping fees and any other additional costs as a result of the damaged item.
